Negative or Positive?


An extremely common question! And has been for a very long time! Either there are those that seek for happiness or they are filled with thoughts of negativity to the point that they cannot experience anything else because they are convinced that life is supposed to give them happiness amongst many other ideas! 

I’ve had many people ask me this question or they tell me that they wish they were as “advanced” as I am or they say something else that basically discredits them and is every bit of the reason why they aren’t experiencing happiness in this said moment! 

Happiness isn’t rocket science. It isn’t a reward neither. Anyone can feel happiness. Your status in life doesn’t matter. What you do for work doesn’t matter when it comes to happiness. Who you are with will not give nor should take away your happiness. 

Happiness is an inside job! 

Am I saying that our life experiences shouldn’t effect our emotions? Not at all! But I am saying that what happens to us whether negative or positive doesn’t have to be the reason to why we should or should allow ourselves to feel happiness. 

Our experiences aren’t necessarily meant to even work that way. That isn’t the reason for them. Our reason for existence isn’t to be happy, positive nor negative. Our reason is to learn. To learn everything! This includes both negative and positive. To be both the bad guy and the good guy. To destroy as well as to create. To become more of who we are destined to become. 

That is our reason for being here. However there is a way to always feel positivity or happiness no matter what it is you are experiencing! It is possible to feel a natural joy even during your darkest moment! 

There are steps one must take in order to understand & experience this as clearly as possible! It takes a dedication towards changing your thoughts, it takes a decision made to forget about what you think is right or wrong or the rules of how to have a successful life, etc. Because to be blatantly honest that is mostly the very reason to why so many are depressed and unable to find themselves out of the despair because they take their standards as cold hard truths, they expects others to be like them, which sets up high expectations that shouldn’t exist, they live their lives with expectations that everyone should be a certain way and most of the time this certain way isn’t truly the truth of the nature of the soul of the person who set up the rules to begin with. 

They’ve just taken on these rules, they’ve conformed, and out of resentment for the very fact that they feel that they had to change in order to be accepted because they thought that was the key to success or happiness yet it turns out, sorry charlie, that wasn’t true. So they walk around with a dark cloud over the head and judge every person who walks by by these same standards and if the person doesn’t fit these standards they feel less alone within their own judgements! 

And if a person like this ever actually finds someone who fits these standards that aren’t theirs to begin with—its all a figment of their own imagination anyways! Because the human mind has no business in comparing their life to another humans life particularly in a way that inspires feelings of envy, jealousy, or judgement & hatred and resentment. These feelings are a product of believing in untrue concepts. 

For example, when your stomach hurts or if you’re in pain, this is your body’s way of signalling that there is something wrong going on within the body and you need healing. Its the very same way when you feel negative. It doesn’t necessarily mean that you are a horrible person or stupid nor does it mean you’re intelligent either if you can’t find happiness!

As I’ve seen humanity find every reason beneath the sun to remain unhappy, even pride themselves for it, say that it means your intelligent. Which okay sure, that is true if it means you’ve seen through corruption and you are now experiencing the truth. But like the saying goes… the truth will set you free yet first it will piss you off! Don’t allow anything not even truth control how you feel. How you feel shouldn’t be a result or an effect from something else. It should be what controls your actions therefore you chose your mood or outlook first, then comes how you interact with the world. 

 

If the world responds in ways that are negative? There are a number of reasons for that! If you truly believe you shouldn’t ever be stressed then youre lying to yourself. And that is more often than not the very reason to why people are stressed out. They think they shouldn’t have to deal with obstacles or their emotional realm is reacting to the obstacles as if its negative. This is what causes many more of your problems! This is what sets up your entire outlook and mood if you look at obstacles in this manner.  

Your moods aren’t there to dictate others, nor are they an effect. You chose to feel the way you do, to see things the way you do. Yes, many times it feels as if its out of your control. But just like everything else, you can learn to change that perspective! 

How do we change our perspectives? Particularly when it comes to desiring to see things as they truly are? Surrender. Let go of everything you think you know. Admit that much of your problems are the very fact that you are lost, feel out of control, unsure of what to believe, self doubt, self pity, allowing things to control your own inner world, etc. 

First yes its true, some things will never change. 

But those things that never change? Do not need you to be involved. Because they are in control. So what does it matter? Allow those things that don’t change or cant change to be what they are. And respect its will. 

By respecting the will of the unchangeable, you then let go of resentment and allow something else to take over, respect, and silence to allow things that you don’t understand or may not like but need to allow their presence to be as it is because these things are here. You aren’t needed in this realm of the unchangeable. 

After we see this and accept it, then we can become cozy in a silence observing state of everything. Your thoughts, your feelings, your actions, and all else. Just stop being the narrator of your life. And begin living in a way that feels more like you are simply here to be present, to watch your mental realm and emotional realm go through its twists and turns as if its a script or movie you are watching that occasionally you lose yourself within but then you also remember that you aren’t any of that. Not really. 

Your true self is the being whom is here to enable all of these things to be. The thoughts, the feelings, the bad, the good and ugly… are all details. They aren’t what makes life what it is. They are merely aspects of life. They all are born from truth but aren’t truth themselves. 

Dont mistake your inner world for truth, personal experience isn’t truth it comes from truth, but it isn’t the truth itself. Because there is always more to know. You will never find the limit of knowing. Arrogance, entitlement, believing that you’re innocent versus bad, or vice versa, this is living in a world called duality. And as long as we live in this world… there will always be a good day and a bad day. 

The truth is absent all of these things, that is heaven, nirvana, source, or the absolute whatever you wanna call it. But words, objects, yes, no, sad, happy, etc…. 

The changeable changes… the unchangeable doesn’t. If we can learn to see these “two” things as a presence of their right.. then what else is there to do except to watch and learn? 

Don’t believe me? Then consider my experience and see for yourself. Decide that youre going to spend the entire day not having any judgements and see what the results are. Attempt to live life from a more quiet place. A place of stillness. A place where everything arises from source then returns continously effortless everyday. And we are simply here to witness it. 

I assure you, you will begin to find more gratitude, less expectation, less self pity, and much more of a space and oppurtunity to find peace and joy even during your darkest hour! 

Because once its seen that even on your worse day, what you experienced was simply a result of the words you chose to believe in that day no matter the game of true or false, you realize that life as a whole is a mere story. Even when you feel depressed, once you awaken, you will see through that depression. Does that mean you will never be depressed again? 

Of course not, but life becomes less about YOU. And more about the all and how everyone is in this together. And every move, thought, action, etc you make or take or decide to carry through… this is law in the world of form, the world of thought, and story, and it will have an effect, and you will receive the repercussions, because everything in this life is a mirror, what you put out you receive, it doesn’t matter if you don’t understand it. 

In fact if you don’t understand it, you will suffer more. Many believe that being stupid isn’t painful, that ignorance is bliss. This isn’t true. It takes a smart, aware, in control and conscious person to be happy especially in a world that is so corrupted and constantly trying to change you into someone you’re not. 

People need to realize there are many different facets in this life. IT’s all a different side of the dimensional reality we live in. But it can indeed be seen through! 

Be happy is a choice. If its what you want, you will experience it no matter what. No excuses, and nothing will get in the way of that. That isn’t to say you should always be happy—I’m simply offering something to ponder upon. 

If this doesn’t urge you to surrender your fight… then you’re still attached to your suffering. 

To know things, we must open up, accept our feelings, understand our feelings, but know that what we feel is a product of ignorance. Its a product of believing the world should be another way. It has nothing to do with true or false. Its about resistance, rejection, but also healing, love and light. 

If we are upset, generally, its because we don’t know why something is happening or we don’t understand why so and so would do whatever. Or why cant the world be this way. And while many of our claims, complaints may have truth or corruption to them—in the end? What truly matters is Are we really seeing truth? 

If we are, are we handling it in a balanced way?? Do we really know how to handle things? Do we truly know anything at all? Isn’t most of our thoughts just a guessing game? If we don’t know much, then shouldn’t that mean we shouldn’t assume so much? 

If you cannot figure out how to be happy, then stop trying so hard. Give up the fight. Let yourself be the dumb ass that maybe you’re telling yourself that you are. lol Then what? Challenge everything in your head is my point. Try it all on. the negative, the positive. and ask yourself, “and then what?” 

In the end it doesn’t matter. This experiment shows you’re always in control of how you feel. You just pretend to not have control. But because humanity is so confused and corrupted the truth is harder to find. Well that just means we are being challenged even harder! 

I say bring it! Don’t fear what could or can or has or will happen. Nothing ever truly ends. Have you not worked it out yet? 


And just so you know none of this is meant as a judgement! I learned this the hard way! I was a girl whom in her young age of 21 wanted to commit suicide and actually went to a crazy house for that very thing! I am NOT perfect. I have many flaws. But I can genuinely say that I am happy and sure much of it is based off of certain aspects of my life, but it is also just as much based on learning how to think differently! Am I who I thought I was be when I was 13 years old? Not at all! 

So I am not judging any of you! Simply proposing questions!
